How did you two meet? We met at my best friend’s engagement party in Columbia, SC.

How did he propose? He proposed in Tampa, FL at a local park. There was a private photographer there to capture the moment. It was a great surprise!

How did you choose your theme? Flowers? And overall wedding design? I wanted something simple and traditional, but yet with a modern twist. I went for a candle theme for most of the wedding because as soon as I saw pictures from our decorator, I fell in love. It was beautiful and elegant — definitely more than we could have asked for!

What was the best part of your wedding day? Watching everyone enjoy themselves! (And finally getting married of course!)

What do you want to always remember from your wedding day? The fact that we married each other surrounded by our family and friends from near and far with such love and support.

“IF I only I knew!” what is one piece of advise you would give to brides planning their wedding day? Try and be as organized as possible and take it one day at a time. Enjoy every moment of it because when the special day is finally there, its over before you know it!!

And where did you go on your honeymoon? Costa Rica! It was a blast!

any extra notes or details? } It rained our whole wedding weekend, and we had to change a few plans at the last minute, but everything worked out better than we could have imagined, largely thanks to our great vendors and venue staff.
