Oh, last week was an eventful one! It rained…ALOT! and then when the rain was done, the wind came. Not the perfect weather for portraits- or for Spring Break!
This wonderful family was up here for Spring Break, enjoying some of the wonderful weather that North Florida had to offer last week! But, you would not know when talking to them that the weather, or their vacation had been anything less than perfect. They were one of the most amazing families I have had yet. Just PERFECT! The mom and dad were relaxed, and enjoyed what ever crazy things I tossed their way. But their daughter, Miss H, was the perfect picture of a lady! At 8 years old, she just wowed me! I enjoyed chatting with her, and photographing her. When she smiled, her whole face lit up! I know that her mom and dad are so proud- but I think young girls need to hear it from others as well- So…Miss H- keep up the good work! You are a rock star in the making!

Enduring a windy and wet vacation was all worth it when we met Kelly! It was a fun and relaxed shoot with a huge horseshoe crab joining us for pictures! The sneak peak pictures are just as beautiful as I imagined! Thank you Kelly for capturing our hearts! I can’t wait to see the rest! I emailed it to my husband and he loves them.
Was this on location at Washington Oaks? The rocks are what I’m basing that on. What are some of your fav locations around town to shoot? I’m in Fleming Island and am a hobbyist at this point, and would LOVE to find a bright, bold building as a background to shoot my kids at. Do you know of anywhere like that?
