While it was chilly and cold, nothing could ruin the spirits of this crew! Alex and Brian had a slew of friends and family, and I say slew, because their bridal party had 22 people! Of course, that is just a testament to how amazing these two are as people! After nine years of dating, there was not a dry in the church when these two said “I do”.

Her mom was awe struck as she put on her wedding gown…
Brians face as Alex came down the aisle was priceless!
We had lots of wind, and we were freezing- but you could not tell with Alex, she was amazing!
The upside of the wind? Less golfers! we actually got to photograph on the 17th!
A little group dance anyone?
How did you two meet?
Brian and I met the first day of our freshman year of college at Boston College. We were good friends for almost a full year before we started dating, we spent many day studying for biology, and although are grades never showed anything for it, we are grateful for the time that brought us closer. We met 10 years ago! And started dating 9 years ago!
How did he propose?
Brian proposed at Boston college where it all started, in front of the chistmas tree on main campus,it was perfect!
How did you choose your theme? Flowers? and overall wedding design?
The theme of the wedding was mountain adventure. brian and i adventure race together and have hiked tons of mountains. we wanted to share our love of nature with our guests so we spent the summer collecting wood and carving signs of all the mountains we have hiked. we gave maple syrup as gifts from vermont, the tree looked like a cake, and all the paper products included some sort of tree or leaf. we carved 200 name tag holders from wood so that everyone could leave with a piece of the forest.
What was the best part of your wedding day?
the best part of the day was the ceremony, standing at the alter next to brian in front of all our loved ones was the best moment of my life.
What do you want to always remember from your wedding day?
how happy i was looking around the dance floor and seeing all my favorite people smiling and dancing and just celebrating.
“IF I only I knew!” what is one piece of advise you would give to brides planning their wedding day?
dont sweat the small stuff! and remember the big stuff! like your wedding licence!
And where are you going on your honeymoon?
we went to Orlando to compete in a 12 hour adventure race, it was awesome!
