{The one} where we swim…

This gorgeous woman is one my Boudoir clients.  She recently got married in Chicago, and so I told her when she got back we had to do a “day after” session.  Well, three months later, and quite a few dress obstacles, and we finally did.  Of course, we had no intentions of “trashing” her dress, I mean it was a Vera Wang, who would trash that? Well, it ends up the dry cleaner did, and shrunk it 4 inches! Fortunately, after our session, the dry cleaner said he could stretch the dress and make it look like new- and that was after she jumped into the pool at One Ocean during our “Day After”.

If you have not been to One Ocean yet, you are really missing out- Its UNBELIEVABLE! Its where the old Sea Turtle used to be, in Atlantic beach, and the re-did the entire hotel- Magnificent to say the least.  But even better than that is the wonderful staff.  Each person we encountered while there was beyond accommodating! From the special Events coordinator, Hetty Ubilla,  to James Manual at the front desk, we were truly treated like Rock Stars! It was fabulous!

Loren and I started on the beach before the rain came

Then we headed out to their gorgeous patio area, and took a few…

Oh yes, she jumped into the pool…

And then we took a few after she Trashed the Vera…

This session was one of the most fun I have done.  Thank you Loren for being up for anything, including swimming! You are such a beautiful person, on the inside as much as the outside, and it has been a true blessing to work with you this year.  Chicago is lucky to get you back, and Jacksonville, soryy to lose you!

Thank to One Ocean for the incredible back drop and staff, it was the perfect location!.  And, a special thank you to Lynette at Rose of Sharon for the bouquet, it was perfect!

Hey Kelly ~ These pictures are AMAZING! They all exude such ‘pure emotion’ and it looks like you guys had a blast too. Thanks for the One Ocean tip as well. We are always looking for new local places to check out. =)

Wow, Kelly – Fabulous photos AGAIN!! These are absolutely beautiful – I can’t wait to do more! Jumping into a pool with my Vera Wang might have been a little crazy to some, but we had so much FUN with it. I’ll be waiting to anxiously to see the rest… And yes, special thanks to Ocean One Resort for allowing us to use their wonderful space for our pictures and to Lynette at Rose of Sharon for the beautiful bouquet – so vibrant! Hope to do some more at the end of this month!! 🙂 Thank you again for everything – You are such a talent behind that lens and a BALL to work with!
