We actually met in middle school. We attended the same school. We\u00a0were friends in high school, but lost touch when we went to college.\u00a0We ran into each other while I was on my spring break, and the rest is\u00a0history! : )<\/p>\n

How did he propose?<\/h4>\n

He actually flew to Memphis, TN while I was visiting my parents for\u00a0the Christmas holiday to surprise me, and proposed as soon as he\u00a0walked in the door in front of my family.<\/p>\n

How did you chose your theme, flowers, and overall design?<\/h4>\n

I have always loved the color fuchsia, and I wanted my wedding to\u00a0sparkle, which is where the silver came in. I told my florist\/event\u00a0planner my colors, and he actually took care of all the decorations\u00a0after he heard my general vision.<\/p>\n

What was the best part of your wedding day?<\/h4>\n

I was obsessed with my ceremony! It was beautifully decorated, and I\u00a0loved how the pastor made it such a personal moment for me and Theo.\u00a0It was like we were the only ones in the room! I also heard my motley\u00a0crew of flower girls and ring bearers looked adorable walking down the\u00a0aisle!<\/p>\n

What do you want to always remember from your wedding day?<\/h4>\n

The look in my husband\u2019s eyes when he first saw me in my wedding\u00a0dress. It was a look of true love that I hope I get to see many times\u00a0\u201ctil death do us part.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIF I only I knew!\u201d what is one piece of advise you would give to brides\u00a0planning their wedding day?<\/h4>\n

First look photos are a must! It is great personal time between you\u00a0and your future husband, and it gives you more time to enjoy your\u00a0actual wedding. Do not let tradition get in the way of enjoying your\u00a0day!<\/p>\n

And where are you going on your honeymoon?<\/h4>\n

We are going on a 7 day cruise to the Western Caribbean! It is going\u00a0to be a blast, and we are so excited!!<\/p>\n

Any other extra notes or details?<\/h4>\n

Theo and I felt it was important to make sure the wedding embodied\u00a0who we were as a couple. I also wanted Theo to play a role in the\u00a0details of our wedding day. He is really big on clothes, and has a\u00a0great sense of style so I allowed him to have sole control over all of\u00a0the tuxedos. He did amazing matching the style choice and color to the\u00a0wedding. We also added personal detail to our table numbers, which\u00a0included small facts about us as a couple. Planning those small\u00a0details together was what made our wedding day so great and meaningful\u00a0to both of us.<\/p>\n
