Last night, the Gators won the National Championship in football, and alas I could not watch.\u00c2\u00a0 See, I have this theory- when I watch they dont win.\u00c2\u00a0 So, last night, after Tebow threw the SECOND interception, I went to bed.\u00c2\u00a0 Mark stayed up, watched a few more plays but I told him the minute he entered the room, \u201cI dont want to know a THING\u201d.\u00c2\u00a0 And, he kept his word, he did not say a word\u2026till 6 AM this morning, when he came in, softly tapped my back to wake me and whispered \u201cThe Gators are National Champions\u201d.\u00c2\u00a0 I got goosebumps, I know its silly, I had nothing to do with their win.\u00c2\u00a0 But somehow, as a member of the gator nation, I feel like I did my small part by changing out of my Victoria\u2019s Secret Gator Gear, climbing into bed, and turning the TV off.\u00c2\u00a0 Yes, I am one of those people, especially when it comes to Gator Football.\u00c2\u00a0 As many of you know, I attended UF many moons ago {let\u2019s just say I was there when they won their first National Championship} and I know I bleed Orange and Blue.\u00c2\u00a0 See, that\u2019s the thing about growing up in the South, college Football, well that is our religion, and our politics too! So, in some small way, I helped Tebow, Harvin and Murphy too\u2026though they may never know.\u00c2\u00a0 I think I can definitely claim that 1\/1,000,000 of that crystal trophy is mine!<\/p>\n

PS- Hunter, I am off to buy you a #15 jersey- I always keep a promise! I cant wait to take you to see the stadium next year and hopefully see him play! Someday, I hope to see you play there!<\/p>\n
